We celebrated our anniversary at Holiday Inn and they went above and beyond. Our room was beautifully decorated with heart balloons, roses, and swan-shaped towels. They even upgraded us for free and surprised us with wine and dessert. The price for an all-inclusive is unbeatable. The food is delicious, and room service is worth it. The bartenders and event staff were fantastic, exceeding our expectations. The beach, though not swimmable, is fantastic, and the pools are great too. The staff, especially the front desk and bar staff, were excellent and always helpful.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the San Jose del Cabo restaurant and is a peaceful 40 km away from the busier parts of Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos. the staff members were all very friendly, competent, and helped me with any problems I had. the venue's location is superb, close to San Jose's Old Town, and just a short walk from Playa Hotelera.

The resort was in a prime location, with a stunning view of the ocean from our room. We also loved the fact that the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. Another advantage was the variety of activities offered, from bike tours to poolside bingo, there was always something fun to do.
One negative aspect was the quality of the food at the buffet. Many of the dishes were cold and lacked flavor.
